Prior to purchasing services or products from Audra Loibl, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

All purchases are final. We do not refund, transfer or defer courses, workshops, classes, readings or sessions, and must be completed as purchased and specified. If you pay for your reading, course, workshop, class or session, and are not present (either in person, by phone or video call), you will be charged the full amount because of the time set aside for you. It is important that you're ready on time to take advantage of the time slot that you're paying for. Please visit our Q & A page to prepare for a phone or video call reading. Emailed readings will be provided typically within 24-36 hours after payment has been received, however, times vary depending on the volume of appointments that are being booked. Please check with me and current time frames if you're wanting a reading by a specific date.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

​

The non-disclosure agreement is considered binding upon submitting of this purchase and is made between student (you) and Audra Loibl.

 

This Agreement shall govern the conditions of disclosure by Audra Loibl and The Student of certain Confidential Information, including but not limited to course material, trade secrets and intellectual property relating to courses and sessions offered by Audra Loibl.

 

The Student hereby agrees that:

 

1) The Student shall not disclose any business or personal information given verbally or in written form during or after the course of study, including but not excluded to, cost information, unpublished information, marketing, production or merchandising systems or plans, information relating to persons including Audra Loibl or staff or any other persons mentioned or alluded to during the course.

 

2) The Student shall not directly or indirectly acquire any interest in, or design, create, manufacture, sell, teach or otherwise deal with any item or product, containing, based upon or derived from the information, except as may be expressly agreed to in writing by Audra Loibl.

 

3) That the secrecy obligations of The Student shall continue for a period ending 10 years from the date hereof.

 

4) Audra Loibl will be entitled to obtain an injunction to prevent threatened or continued violation of this Agreement, but failure to enforce this agreement will not be deemed a waiver of this Agreement.

STUDENT PLEDGE

This is considered binding upon submitting this purchase.

 

This agreement is made for Audra Loibl's courses and sessions both online, over the phone or skype, and in-person between student (you) and Audra Loibl.

This Agreement shall govern the conditions of disclosure by Audra Loibl and The Student of certain Confidential Information, including but not limited to course material, trade secrets and intellectual property relating to the the courses offered by Audra Loibl.

 

I understand that in taking a course through Audra Loibl, I must take full responsibility for my course work and take ownership in my ability to take this class.

 

Time Zones: I understand that all communication about times and/or schedules via email, Facebook or website forum are always Central Standard Time (CST) and not the time zone I reside and/or am traveling in.

Tech Pledge: It is my sole responsibility to ensure I have access, use and familiarity with all forms of technology required for my successful participation in this course, if required. Although this type of career does deal mainly with people rather than computers, we feel that there are some computer skills essential for online courses, homework assignments, weekly videos, etc. when applicable. 

 

Homework: I understand that it is my responsibility to turn my homework in on a timely manner before the next lesson is given if I'm purchasing a multiple-course curriculum. I understand that my homework is due no later than the morning of the next session. I understand that Audra’s goal is to keep me on a timely path. Late homework exceptions are considered made for illness, emergencies, natural disasters, etc.
